A bracket or an arm is a structure used in street lighting to direct a lighting fixture at an angle and to regulate the intensity of the light. When arms are mounted on a pole, various types of fastenings are used:
- attachable arms (fastening to the sides of the pole using clamps),
- end-arms (fixed at the top end of the lighting column).
Arms are designed in accordance with the EN 40 standard and protected against corrosion using the hot galvanization method in accordance with the EN ISO 1641 standard.
